Hire Fees

A refundable deposit is required for all hire excluding meeting room and fitness classes.

Non-commercial deposit: £105.00

Commercial deposit: £210.08

Hire for car parking only: £52.50

Hire for charity / private event (up to 25 people): £52.50

Hire for charity / private event (25 people+): £78.80

Hire for BBQ: £52.50

Hire for fitness / outdoor training classes: £50.00 per annum

Hire for commercial function: £105.04

All charges above are exclusive of VAT.

The meeting room is currently not for hire.
